Vote Tuesday, Nov. 2

The election is upon us now, and I encourage you to vote. Please take your family and remind your friends and neighbors to go and vote on Tuesday. Over the past few weeks I have worked to communicate directly to you my conservative philosophy towards government and the issues of this race. Thank you for your support and your vote. I do appreciate it.

Four good reasons to vote for Jack!

Today is election day and we need your vote. Please take your family to vote, and remind your friends and neighbors to go and vote for Jack Williams!

Jack Williams’ entire career has been working toward progressive conservative change. Chip McCallum’s entire career has been involved in supporting left wing candidates and causes. A Republican majority in Montgomery will change the corrupt way Alabama has done business, forever.

Most of all, thank you for your vote.

There are several reasons to vote for Jack Williams… find out more by clicking here. (more…)

Jack Williams… a Reagan Republican

Jack Williams was inspired to enter politics by one person — Ronald Reagan.

Joining the Reagan Revolution, Jack volunteered in Reagan’s presidential campaign because he shared his true conservative values. Since then, Jack has worked tirelessly to elect conservative Republicans to office who hold those same values.

Jack applies Reagan’s conservative principles everyday while representing the citizens of District 47 in Montgomery.

The voice of reason

Last week in the Birmingham News, columnist John Archibald took the time to dissect the workings of the Jefferson County legislative delegation (proving the point that governing is sometimes best compared to making sausage).

Jack Williams works hard for Vestavia Hills and Hoover

Whether it is obtaining funds for the Little Shades Creek Restoration project, an awning at Green Valley Elementary school (so students can avoid standing in the rain on stormy days), or new concrete dugouts at the Sammy Dunn baseball field, Jack Williams has worked hard to find specific projects that serve the taxpayers in District 47, and don’t have the funding needed to be completed.

There’s so much more Jack Williams has helped on… read on. (more…)

Mayor Petelos endorses Jack Williams

Tony Petelos has graciously endorsed my campaign, and I really appreciate it. Tony has a been a great mayor for the City of Hoover, and I’ve worked with him closely on a number of projects for the area.

“He [Jack Williams] has been a strong conservative voice and has represented us effectively and with integrity.  I am proud to be able to work with someone who serves us so ably.”

-Tony Petelos

I’ve had the opportunity to work with the mayors of both Vestavia and Hoover, to bring improvements to our district, and I look forward to continuing those relationships.

Business Groups Endorse Jack Williams for District 47

Over the past several weeks, I’ve had the honor to be endorsed by several business and industry associations, all of which represent many voters in Vestavia Hills and Hoover. It makes me proud to have the support of these groups. Their endorsement recognizes my voting record and service in Montgomery to increase jobs and this a business-friendly state. (more…)

Williams Endorsed by Governor Bob Riley

I was pleased to receive an endorsement from Governor Bob Riley last week. I appreciate his recognition of my work in State House and his confidence in me.

“During the debate of the corrupt bingo bill, I never had to worry about Jack Williams. I always knew we could count on Jack to stand against corruption.”

–Governor Bob RileyOctober 18, 2010

Jack Williams, the true conservative

A message from Mike Hubbard, Chairman of the ALGOP

In September, Mike Hubbard, Chairman of the Alabama Republican Party, outlined to the voters of District 47 the several reasons that my opponent was not deemed a Republican and not qualified to run as a Republican. His background and history as a democrat were just too evident to those making the decision.

The list is long, and I’ll share it with you here… click on the image to view.

Jack Williams… a life-long commitment to service

Last week, the Alabama Republican Party dropped mail to District 47 voters outlining Jack Williams’ background and his work in our community.

From his beginnings working in the ministry to unwed mothers and tutoring in the inner city, to his work in the Republican Party helping elected officials find conservative solutions to state and local issues, to being elected a delegate to the Republican National Convention and serving as the local chairman of the Young Republicans, Jack Williams has a lifetime of varied experiences which allow him to understand a wide variety of concerns.

“Jack’s conservative approach to problem solving has carried over into his work in the House. He has one of the strongest pro-business voting records in the House, and also voted against the legislative pay raise.”
